Sydney Rare Book Auctions is a newly formed company whose charter is to conduct rare book auctions in Sydney.

The two directors are Paul Feain and David Byrne who have between them over 50 years experience in the rare book trade.

Paul Feain established the Cornstalk Bookshop in 1980 and is now one of Sydney’s leading antiquarian booksellers. Paul is a member of ANZAAB and general secretary of ILAB.

David Byrne has a broad media background, having worked as a journalist, publisher, digital creative and television producer. He has a passion for all things books and is keenly interested in collectibles relating to early Australian settlement.
